For shipments to countries or regions outside of Japan, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the total amount on this site. Customers are responsible for paying any such fees directly to the logistics company if billed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, order date, and time of order. For deliveries within Japan, orders are typically shipped the same day up to 4 days after the order is completed. For deliveries outside Japan, orders are typically shipped 3–7 days after the order is completed. Shipping fees within Japan are a flat nationwide rate of 750 yen per order (tax included), with no additional charges for remote islands or certain regions. Orders of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) or more qualify for free shipping. For shipments outside Japan, shipping charges vary depending on the country, region, and weight of the item, and additional customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination. These fees are not included in the total amount on our site and are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Orders cannot be cancelled after completion under any circumstances, except in the case of receipt of an incorrect product or a defective product.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

In order to prevent problems such as incorrect delivery, we do not accept changes to the delivery address after an order has been completed.
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact the shipping company and change the shipping address by yourself after confirming the shipping company's "contact number" from "Purchase History/Shipping Status" in "My Page".

CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS

You can check the delivery status of your order from "Purchase History/Delivery Status" in "My Page".

The status of each delivery status is as follows.

Preparing to ship
Shipping procedures are underway at the warehouse, including product arrangements and packaging.
It is not possible to change the shipping address or payment method, or cancel an order.

Shipped
The item has already been shipped from the warehouse.
If you would like to check the delivery status of your order after it has been shipped, please use the shipping company's inquiry system.

Canceled
The order has been canceled for some reason.

Orders may be cancelled if for some reason we are unable to ship the product from our warehouse.
In this case, our Customer Support Center will contact you.

If you still have not received your order after a few days, please contact us using the Contact Us form.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In any case, orders cannot be cancelled after completion, except in the case that the product is different from the order or is defective. We also do not accept returns at the customer's convenience.

HUMAN MADE Inc which operates CURRY UP considers the existence of malicious counterfeit/counterfeit products that illegally profit from customers to be a problem, and is taking legal action to eliminate this problem.
